Custom AI agents, built and run for your business

The work nobody gets to, done every day.

Every business has a different job eating its hours. We find yours, build an AI agent to do it, and run it in your business free for 14 days. You keep going only if it earns its place.

One agent, running in your business for 14 days, at no cost.

Dana R. asked for a quote 41 days ago and never replied. Here is a draft in your voice.

Hi Dana, it's Mike. You asked us for a quote back in the spring and I never heard how you got on. We have an opening next week if you'd still like it done. Want me to hold it for you?

An example of what lands in your Slack. Nothing reaches a customer until someone on your team approves it.

Why agents

Somewhere in your business, the same job gets done by hand every week.

For one owner it is the quotes nobody chased. For another it is the content that never gets written, the report someone rebuilds every Monday, or the applications piling up in an inbox. Your team is busy with today's customers, so it waits.

An agent is software that does one of those jobs every day, the same way each time, and checks with a person before anything goes out. It works inside the tools you already use, so nobody has to learn a new system.

What we build

What we build depends on your business.

The audit decides what gets built. These are examples from our founder's past work.

01

Old leads get a follow up.

The agent scans your CRM for leads that went quiet, writes each one a message in your voice, and sends it once you approve. On its first pass for one shop it found 149 of them.

Sales

02

Your reps walk into calls prepared.

An hour before each call, a one page brief lands in Slack: who the prospect is, who they compete with, and what they are likely to push back on.

Sales

03

Content drafted from what you already said.

Call recordings and past posts turned into drafts for your review, with guardrails so it never invents a name or a number.

Content

04

A money brief in Slack every morning.

It reads your payments and your profit and loss sheet, sends a short brief, and flags anything odd for you to mark as expected, investigate or dismiss.

Finance

05

Your own answers, available at any hour.

An assistant trained on your calls, posts and videos that answers customers or members the way you would. One was built from 1,636 call transcripts.

Knowledge

06

Applications sorted before you open them.

Forms come in, the agent writes a short summary of each one, and you move people across a board and publish matches with one click.

Hiring and matching

07

Ask your business a question in plain English.

"Which leads has nobody touched in two weeks?" Asked in Slack, answered in seconds, across every CRM you run.

Operations

08

A private design board for each customer.

Built for a wrap shop, where every client gets their own page of design directions to react to before the work starts.

How it works

You see it working before you pay for anything.

The first three steps cost you nothing.

STEP 01

A free audit call

We ask how the business runs and where the hours go.

STEP 02

A plan built for you

A few days later we walk you through it: every agent we would install, ranked by what it is worth to your business.

STEP 03

One agent, free for 14 days

We build one and run it in your business. You watch what it does with real work.

STEP 04

Keep going, or stop

If it earned its place, we build the rest. If it did not, we part ways and you owe nothing.

Work

What our founder has built.

Ashvale is a new agency, so the work below comes from our founder's time as the implementing engineer at an AI agency, building for US and UK businesses. Client names are kept private.

Vehicle wrap company · Bay Area

Two agents on a CRM of about 8,200 contacts.

One finds leads going stale in the pipeline, drafts a follow up in the owner's own voice, and sends it to Slack for one click approval. It found 149 stale leads on its first pass. The other briefs each rep an hour before every sales call.

Sales coaching business · UK

A content agent that is not allowed to make things up.

It turns call transcripts and past material into drafts, reviewed in Slack. Early on it was caught inventing people and dollar figures, so guardrails were built to stop it.

Sales coaching business · UK

A hiring board that reads the applications first.

Applications arrive through a form, the agent writes a short summary of each one, and the team moves people across a board and publishes matches to the community with one click.

Multi brand sales operation

One agent that answers across four CRMs.

It answers questions about pipeline, rep activity, stale leads and missing notes. It was designed so the part that reads your question never holds a password.

Keeping agents right once they are live.

Agents tend to fail without telling anyone. A few numbers from the same record.

A CRM question that took almost two minutes to answer now takes six seconds.

116s to 6s

Client change requests shipped in a single session after the first round of feedback.

7 of 8

A call prep agent went silent for six days. The cause was one comma in a settings file, which was fixed and checked live.

6 days

A client service had been down for 20 days without anyone noticing. It was restored, set to restart itself, and the bug behind it was patched.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

An agent is the wrong tool for some jobs. We would rather tell you that on the first call than build something you will not use.

A good fit

  • You have a team and tools already in use, like a CRM, Slack or a shared inbox.
  • There is a job that repeats every day or every week.
  • You can say what that job is worth in booked work, hours or missed follow ups.

Not a fit

  • The job comes up a handful of times a month.
  • It needs a fresh judgment call every time.
  • The way it gets done changes from week to week.

If that is your situation, we will say so on the audit call.

Who is behind Ashvale

The person on your call is the person who builds your agent.

Abdullah Omar has spent the last two and a half years in AI automation. For two of them he worked at a company that trains AI agency founders, where he managed 40 of its top tier accounts and built its internal tooling. After that he was the implementing engineer at an AI agency, building agents for client businesses.

He started Ashvale to do that work directly, and you deal with him from the first call to the finished build.

Questions

Before you book.

What kinds of agents do you build?

Whatever the audit turns up. So far that has meant sales follow up, call prep, content, finance briefs, hiring boards and customer assistants. If a job repeats and someone on your team can describe how they do it, we can usually build an agent for it.

Why is the first agent free?

Because you have no reason to trust us yet. We would rather show you one agent doing real work in your business than ask you to believe a pitch. If it works, we expect you will want the rest.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

If you want to continue, we build the rest of the plan. If you do not, we switch the agent off, part ways, and you owe nothing.

What does the full build cost?

It depends on what the audit finds, so we do not publish a single number. You see the price of every agent in your plan before you commit to anything.

Do you need access to our systems?

Yes, to the tools the agent works in, such as your CRM and Slack. We ask for the least access the job needs, and messages to your customers wait for a person on your team to approve them.

Which tools do you work with?

Slack, GoHighLevel, Close, Pipedrive, Typeform and Google Workspace so far. If your tool lets other software connect to it, we can usually work with it, and the audit call is where we check.
